Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached and unworn. Please note:

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Shoes must be tried on carpeted surfaces only
  • Leather goods must show no signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on baby clothing (0-24 months category) unless the item is defective. All sales on clearance items marked “Final Sale” are also non-returnable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
