International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Cloveras purchase as much as we love selecting our pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original packaging must be included
- Shoes must only have been tried on carpeted surfaces
- Leather goods must show no signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Baby clothing (0-24 months category) unless defective
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return

International Returns
